Booking & Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the event date.
• Events booked within 7 days of service require full payment at booking.
• Payments may be made via cash, card, or approved electronic invoice.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or official message.

Guest Count Adjustments

• Final guest count must be submitted no later than 5 days before the event.
• Guest count can increase after this deadline based on availability.
• Decreases after final count will not result in refunds.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once services or preparation has begun.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for unused food, late arrivals, or early event closure.

Food & Allergy Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions unless allergies are clearly disclosed in writing prior to service.
• Cross-contamination is possible in all food preparation environments.

Service Guarantee

We strive for on-time service and quality food. If there is a service failure, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of event completion.

Liability

America Good Measure Meals is not responsible for:

• Venue delays
• Guest misconduct
• Damage caused by third-party vendors
• Food spoilage due to improper storage after service

Agreement Acceptance

By booking with America Good Measure Meals, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
